CoreVox Atelier

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about enrollment, learning experience, and support at CoreVox Atelier.

How are the courses structured?

Each course includes step-by-step lessons, printable checklists, fermentation timelines, and outcome rubrics. Premium tiers include video critique and schedule planning.

What difficulty level should I choose?

Beginner focuses on fundamentals, Intermediate on consistency and shaping, Advanced on complex grains, lamination, and environmental control. When in doubt, start one level lower for rapid wins.

Do I need special equipment?

A reliable scale, lame or sharp blade, Dutch oven or baking steel, and a thermometer are recommended. We provide budget and premium setup lists for each course.

How does coaching feedback work?

Upload crumb and crust notes, temperatures, and timelines. Coaches respond with targeted adjustments and a next-bake plan. We do not require photos to provide effective critique.

How long do I keep access?

Standard licenses grant 12 months of access; premium tiers include lifetime updates for the purchased course. Access is tied to your account at corevox.bond.

What is your refund policy?

If the course materially differs from its description, contact us within 14 days. We will review your practice logs and work toward a fair resolution.

Can I gift a course?

Yes. After purchase you can transfer access once to a recipient email within 30 days—ideal for weddings or housewarmings.

Do you provide certificates?

Graduates receive a digital certificate signed by CoreVox Atelier when they pass the practical rubric for a course.
